We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with one General Partner across community, portfolio support, brand, and investment operations.

While this is not an investing role, it’s an ideal opportunity for someone who wants exposure across a small, high-velocity team - and is excited to build, ship, and operate with high ownership.

What You’ll Actually Do

There is no “typical week.” Within a week you might:

  • Pressure-test a founder’s GTM strategy
  • Spin up a founder dinner from scratch
  • Run point on a portfolio marketing leader roundtable
  • QA a website or CRM workflow
  • Write a launch post
  • Create some new Claude skills to add to our growing list
  • Think of new automations across all parts of the firm
  • Design swag
  • Design a Notion hub
  • Punch up an event run-of-show

You will touch:

  • Events

If it needs to get done, you own it.

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years out of school
  • Background in consulting, banking, or high-velocity startup
  • Extremely high agency
  • Continuously raises the bar with creative out-of-the-box thinking
  • Structured thinker
  • Execution oriented
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Not precious about title or scope
  • Obsessed with learning
  • Naturally organized
  • Tasteful - in writing, design, events, and people

You:

  • Want long-term exposure to venture or startups
  • Are energized by proximity to ambitious founders

  • Move quickly without being chaotic

You do not:

  • Need hand-holding

This role is intense and will require stamina, discretion, judgment, and speed.
